Upon ordering a
risk-free trial of Sleep Rx, your credit card will be charged
only shipping for a 15 day supply of Sleep Rx. You will have 20 days from your
original purchase date to decide if Sleep Rx is working for you.
If you are enjoying Sleep Rx then there is no action required on
your part. At the end of your 20 day trial period you will be
charged the membership rate of only $39.95 for the remainder of your
original purchase. If you find Sleep Rx did not work for you, simply
contact our customer support department and request to cancel your
account and notify them of your intent to return the
unused portion. Cancellation must be done within 20 days of the original order date
to avoid further charges. You must contact
customer support by calling 800-606-8411 or direct at 941-750-6513 or
emailing us at
support@maxxsupplements.com.
Returns and
Exchanges
If a charge has already
been initiated past the 20 day trial period and you wish to cancel your
next scheduled refill and all future refills you must contact customer
support and we will be glad to assist you with your request. If you wish
to return the product make note that for security reasons we cannot
accept returns on unopened bottles and all bottles 30 days past the
original purchase date. Due to the promotional nature and substantial
discount of this exclusive offer all sales are final. Customers not
satisfied with the performance of Sleep Rx may request up to a 50% refund on
any purchase within 30 days of the original purchase date or within 10
days of the original automatic refill purchase date.
There is no obligation to remain
in the Sleep Rx Membership Program. As always you may cancel your
membership at anytime by contacting customer service.
I understand that under the terms of this transaction I may be
liable for payment of future goods and services if I fail to notify
the supplier not to supply the goods or services described.
